Experience: Previous experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation preferred

What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population
Consult on rehabilitation plans and coordinate with hospitalists and other providers
Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Support hospitalist coverage during the day, with hospitalists handling night and weekend call duties
Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 16-20 patients
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies
What You Need
Active Texas Medical License and DEA registration (required)
Must be able to start swiftly with credentialing completed by 08/03/2026
Clean background required
Previous experience in rehabilitation or related fields preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
