SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST - RECRUITMENT/EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

The Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary operational partner to the Head of Human Resources, supporting the day-to-day administration of all HR programs while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

This role owns payroll administration, benefits management, employee lifecycle administration, HRIS data integrity, compliance, and HR operations while providing administrative and project support for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities HR Operations Manage daily HR operations and employee inquiries

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data

Prepare employment letters and HR documentation

Support policy administration

Assist with internal HR communications

Payroll Administration Serve as the primary payroll administrator by:

Prepare bi-weekly payroll

Audit payroll data for accuracy

Process new hires, terminations and employee changes

Coordinate payroll with Finance

Maintain payroll records

Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll regulations

Partner with the Head of HR to:

HR Compliance Support compliance with employment regulations by:

Employee Experience Support employee engagement initiatives including:

HR events

Training coordination

Office celebrations

Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience

Experience processing payroll

HRIS experience (UKG)

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
