Administrative Assistant II / Credit Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL 32822 Duration: Temp to Hire. Must haves for this position include great customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced high volume environment, team player, fast learner and have great communication skills. Position is on site. Sysco uses Top Shelf applications but candidates who have exp with any CRM or ERP experience will understand Top Shelf. Must have EXCEL. Looking for a candidate with at least 4-5 years' experience. This position includes downloading invoices, reaching out to customers either by phone or email to follow up the invoice. Provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.
