Conduct routine and sophisticated clinical lab tests such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.
Evaluate results for precision, rectify errors, and carry out maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments as necessary.
Assist with sample collection and prepare specimens for testing as required.
Thoroughly document all processes, train new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
Ensure a clean and safe workspace and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork within the healthcare environment.
