Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Description:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting.
Flexibility to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed.
Availability for weekdays and some weekends, including holidays.
Proficient in IV start and telemetry monitoring.
Experience with electronic health records systems is required.
Ability to manage various patient diagnoses.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary for effective teamwork.
Commitment to patient care and safety in all interactions.
Familiarity with the use of special equipment and procedures associated with medical-surgical nursing is essential.
Understanding of isolation precautions and infection control measures is important.
Capability to provide support to interdisciplinary teams and collaborate effectively for patient care.
