Educate union and credit union members on the value of life insurance and basic financial literacy ◾Conduct virtual client meetings using warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
Provide tailored coverage recommendations that meet each family's needs
Build and manage your own client portfolio with guidance from experienced mentors
Track performance and progress using our internal systems and support tools
Represent the values of Service Over Sales, putting clients’ well-being first
Participate in incentive programs, team competitions, and leadership summits
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom and digital tools
Motivated to learn, grow, and help others
Strong communicator with an interest in finance, education, or social impact
Experience in leadership, customer service, or peer mentoring is a plus
