Reporting to: SVP, Business Operations

This is a hybrid role based out of our Headquarters in Los Angeles, requiring in-office presence on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the remaining workdays remote.

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to work side-by-side with our executive team on the company's highest-priority initiatives. This role serves as a thought partner to senior leadership and an execution partner across departments, sitting at the intersection of strategic planning and operational execution.

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to the executive team and board, ideal for someone who thrives on both the rigorous analysis of big-picture challenges and the discipline of driving complex initiatives to completion.

Strategic Planning & Executive Support

Partner with senior leaders on annual planning, long-term strategic planning, and organizational resource prioritization to help shape company direction

Prepare board materials and executive presentations, translating complex topics into clear, compelling narratives that support decision‑making

Support franchisee communications, including written updates and network-wide presentations

Initiative & Project Management

Own end‑to‑end management of cross‑functional strategic initiatives, from scoping and work planning through execution, testing, and success tracking

Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of key initiatives

Serve as connective tissue across teams, ensuring cross‑functional coordination and momentum on priority projects

Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving resolution with a solutions‑oriented mindset

Make clear, data‑informed recommendations to senior leadership and project teams on go‑forward strategies and decisions

1–2 years of experience at a top‑tier management consulting firm

Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with proven experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution

Strong interest in education and/or franchise business models
