Schneider Electric has an opportunity for the role of Executive Assistant that will support two Vice Presidents and will be based in our Dallas, Nashville, Chicago, Raleigh, or Boston office.

The Executive Assistant will provide high-impact administrative and organizational support to senior leaders within the Software & Services organization. End-to-end calendar, travel, and meeting management for two senior executives
Coordination of leadership meetings, offsites, and executive workshops (agenda, materials, logistics, follow-ups)
Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior leaders
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
