K9 Recruitment is a boutique recruitment agency specializing in ERP and technology hiring across the manufacturing and distribution industries. Founded in 2025, we have built our reputation by focusing on specialized markets, developing genuine relationships with clients and candidates, and actually understanding the technologies and industries we recruit within.
Our core expertise is within the Epicor ERP ecosystem, including Epicor Kinetic, E10, Prophet 21, and related technologies. We also support clients utilizing other ERP platforms such as Sage X3, Acumatica, Odoo, and SAP.
We work with manufacturing and distribution companies throughout the United States and Canada on permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire recruitment.
We are growing and looking for a recruiter who wants the opportunity to help build a recruitment company, not simply inherit a desk inside a massive staffing agency.
This position will involve both business development and candidate recruitment , giving you ownership of your desk from identifying new clients through successfully placing candidates.
You will work directly with K9 Recruitment's founder and have the opportunity to build your own client base and specialized market within the company. This is best suited for someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial side of agency recruitment and wants autonomy, earning potential, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing business.
Build and manage your own recruitment desk within a specialized ERP/technology market
Identify manufacturing and distribution companies with current or upcoming hiring needs
Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals, and industry networking
Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and business leaders
Negotiate offers and help successfully close placements
Develop a strong understanding of your recruitment market and become a trusted resource within it
Maintain accurate candidate and client activity within our CRM
Collaborate with the K9 Recruitment team while maintaining ownership of your desk
Previous agency recruitment experience is strongly preferred. We're especially interested in recruiters who have worked within specialized or technical recruitment markets such as:

ERP / enterprise software
Comfortable with both recruiting and business development
Strong at relationship-building rather than transactional recruiting
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
We're not trying to build a high-volume staffing agency. K9 Recruitment is built around specialization, relationships, transparency, and market knowledge. Our recruiters are expected to truly understand their markets, know the candidates within them, and become trusted recruitment partners to their clients.
Because we're still growing, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape how the company develops. You'll work closely with the founder, have visibility into the business, and have significantly more influence than you would typically have inside a large recruitment organization.
