XTRORDINAIR AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT INC

Xtrordinair Aircraft Management, INC is looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and oversee all human resources functions to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and talent development within the aviation environment.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Coordinate hiring for pilots, flight attendants, maintenance personnel, ground operations staff, and administrative employees.
Assist with the hiring and onboarding process for all employees.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Regulatory Management Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting.
Performance Management Oversee employee raise and review/performance processes.
Support succession planning initiatives.
Manage employee benefits and leave programs.
HR Strategy & Reporting Improve and implement HR policies and procedures.
Help develop the systems already in place and/or help create new ones.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
5+ years of HR experience.
Supervisory or management experience required.
Certifications (Preferred) Society for Human Resource Management SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
HR Certification Institute PHR or SPHR.
Required Skills HRIS and payroll systems – BamboooHR and Paycom experience preferred.
Recruitment and talent management.
Working Conditions Office and airport operational environments.
Occasional travel may be required.
Interaction with diverse operational, technical, and administrative teams.
Ability to work a set schedule M-F in our office space in Fort Worth.
