Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design specialized therapy strategies to help them achieve their functional objectives.
Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work in close partnership with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver complete and holistic patient care.
Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on therapy techniques that encourage ongoing progress outside of the clinical environment.
Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track with their recovery.
Qualification in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
Commitment to ongoing learning through continuing education or post-graduate certifications is highly encouraged.
Must possess a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
A genuine passion for assisting people and a strong desire to help others attain their greatest level of independence.
