Manage the full order process from intake through delivery and invoicing.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Verify pricing, manage change orders, and update order components as needed.
Coordinate field support visits and ensure resolution of issues.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Titan or similar preferred).
Working knowledge of CP&P products and their applications preferred.
High school diploma or GED required; additional education, training, or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, project management, or construction site development.
