Job Overview Bayada Home Health Care is seeking a Full‑Time Admissions (SOC) Registered Nurse (RN) to perform OASIS Starts of Care for adult and geriatric patients in the Westborough, Massachusetts area and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients.

Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet.

Qualifications Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Medicare‑certified Home Health experience required.

Compensation Base Pay: $58.00 - $65.00 per point depending on qualifications.
