Job Details Job Details: Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the overall litigation process, working closely with our attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions. Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. Coordinating and managing document production and discovery requests. Drafting and filing legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and subpoenas. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal. Proficient in eFiling and familiar with legal research databases.
