Intellectual Property Attorney | Tech-Driven Practice
Growing, business-focused law firm is looking to add a mid-to-senior IP/Technology attorney in Chicago. This is a high-impact role working directly with companies ranging from early-stage tech to established operators on protecting, monetizing, and leveraging intellectual property in real-world business contexts. You’ll be collaborating across corporate, litigation, and regulatory teams to deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions to clients navigating complex commercial and technology-driven issues.

Flexible Work Schedules

5+ years of experience in intellectual property and/or technology law

Experience with IP counseling, transactions, or litigation support

Bonus: technical background (CS, EE, life sciences, etc.) Draft and negotiate IP licensing and technology agreements

Counsel on digital, data, and emerging technology issues, including e-commerce and evolving regulatory considerations
