Job Title: HR Generalist

Assignment Type: Direct Hire

Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) | Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HR Generalist to join a collaborative Human Resources team supporting approximately 300 employees. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple HR functions while partnering closely with leadership and employees to support organizational growth and employee engagement.

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily human resources operations, employee relations, compliance initiatives, onboarding activities, and benefits administration. This individual will work cross-functionally with recruiting, finance, operations, and leadership teams to ensure a positive employee experience and efficient HR processes.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR programs, policies, and benefits.

Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for newly hired employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, performance discussions, disciplinary actions, and separation processes.

Help maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Monitor HR industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging technologies to support continuous process improvement.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within HRIS and ATS platforms.

Participate in additional HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred.

3-5 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.

Experience utilizing HRIS and ATS platforms; Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
