Who We Need: Our litigation team is looking for an associate attorney with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience to work in our property insurance litigation, antitrust, and subrogation practice groups. We are looking for a lawyer who is hard working, self‑motivated, able to work in a fast‑paced legal environment, and contributes to our positive culture.

Conduct extensive document review in sophisticated commercial litigation.

Investigate and litigate arson and other fraudulent insurance claims.

2-5 years of experience, with a background in litigation.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from experienced attorneys.

Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.

This position is primarily performed in an office setting and involves extended periods of sitting, working at a computer, and communicating via phone and email, with or without reasonable accommodation.
