Engage in teamwork with physical therapists, occupational therapy professionals, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to formulate integrated care approaches.
Provide education to patients and families to assist progress outside of therapy sessions.
Facilitate inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring a continuous care experience throughout the recovery process.
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to state, federal, and institutional standards.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a reputable institution.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation protocols.
