Steadily is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data science, and other technical or hard-to-fill roles such as finance and engineering management, helping scale a fast-growing, Series C company. This is a high-impact position where your hires will directly shape our technical roadmap, product capabilities, and long-term innovation.
You'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing exceptional talent across software engineering, engineering management, data science, machine learning, technical product functions, and other hard-to-fill areas.
This is a fully in-office role in Austin, TX, designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and other hard-to-fill roles: source, screen, interview, and close candidates across engineering, engineering management, data science, and teams like finance and marketing.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-caliber technical talent through outbound sourcing, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
Partner deeply with engineering and other leaders to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview processes.
Optimize technical recruiting channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche communities, job boards) to maximize candidate quality.
Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in recruiting efficiency, funnel conversion, and time-to-fill.
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, data science, or similar).
Ability to understand and discuss technical roles, skill sets, and hiring needs with engineers, data scientists, and other specific and technical roles.
Able to build trust quickly with both candidates and technical hiring managers.
Data-driven & tech-savvy: Comfortable using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and analytics to improve outcomes.
Compensation: Top of market salary + equity
