Schedule: Monday Friday, U.Fully Remote / Offshore (Open to top-tier talent in Latin America or South Africa)
Commission: Uncapped earned on a percentage of every initial client deposit closed.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $40,000 $65,000+ USD / year for reps hitting standards. Training: Fully paid structured onboarding and product mastery program.

We are hiring a dedicated and driven Outbound Sales Representative based in Latin America or South Africa to join our high-volume sales team. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline from the ground up, nurturing prospects through every stage of the sales cycle, and converting U.We provide the databaseyou build the pipeline. You will be the one initiating contact, creating the opportunity, building the relationship, and closing the deal. You own your pipeline from first dial to first deposit.
Pipeline Building & Cold Calling
Database Prospecting: We provide a CRM database of real estate investors across the U.You are responsible for turning that database into a thriving pipeline by making contact, qualifying investors, and moving prospects from cold to closed.
High-Volume Outbound Calls: Call real estate investors nationwide to introduce our platform, present our value proposition, and qualify them. Volume and consistency are the foundation of this role.
Pipeline Nurturing & Closing
CRM Management: Manage every prospect through GoHighLevel (GHL). Follow up consistently, log every interaction, track deal progression, and maintain a Sale In Progress count of 125+ active deals at all times.
Closing & Deposit Negotiation: Convert prospects into paying clients by overcoming objections, negotiating initial deposit amounts, and closing deals. Standard initial deposits range from $1,500 to $10,000+ depending on county selections and investor budgets.

Active Sale In Progress Pipeline - - 125 active deals

Hitting standard is the floor, not the ceiling. Treat Your Pipeline Like a Business: Every prospect added is an asset. Deposits are Negotiated, Not Accepted: Initial deposits reflect how well you qualify and build trust. Reps who confidently push for $3,000 to $5,000+ initial deposits earn significantly higher commissions than those accepting minimums.
1+ years of high-volume outbound cold calling sales experience (B2B preferred).

• 1+ years of CRM pipeline management experience (GoHighLevel/GHL preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build a pipeline from scratch without relying on inbound leads.
• Experience in real estate, lead generation, digital marketing, or financial services is a strong plus.

Fluent English: Near-native spoken English to communicate with U.based investors with confidence, clarity, and authority over the phone.
Rapport & Resilience: Ability to build instant rapport over the phone while handling daily rejection without losing momentum.
Ability to hit daily activity standards without direct supervision, review call recordings, and implement feedback quickly.
Dedicated, quiet home office set up for high-volume calling (up to 8 hours on a headset daily).
High-speed, stable fiber internet connection.
