What You'll Do:*** Serve as a partner and consultant to leaders and employees on employee relations matters.* Collaborate with the HR COE’s to facilitate requests from the business. This could include the creation of job profiles, compensation analysis, providing high-level benefits and leaves information, Workday support, and recruiting inquiries.* Provide support and guidance to the business leaders surrounding the performance management process and disciplinary process.* Serve as a primary partner and consultant to leaders and employees on all employee relations issues.* Assist with employee investigations and provide recommendations that align with Holman’s policies and practices.* Analyze exit interview data and review with leaders to support an environment focused on continuous improvement.* Act as point of contact for company project and programs and maintain documentation and tracking.* Serve as a consultative partner when appropriate to both employees and leadership regarding leaves of absence or accommodation request.* Assist in drafting and upkeep of policies and employee handbook* Ability to travel approximately once every quarter depending on the Division that is supported.* Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.## **What Sets You Up for Success*** Prior Human Resources experience preferred.* 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.* Professional HR certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP), but not required.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems such as Workday.* Working knowledge of employment law, FMLA, compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, safety, and training preferred.* We hire, train, empower, and reward exceptional people.
