Di Edge Waterfront Bar and Kitchen is seeking an experienced, dependable, and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team.

We are a casual-upscale waterfront restaurant focused on quality food, consistency, presentation, and providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience.

Prepare and execute menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards

Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation

Handle high-volume service efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy

Complete daily prep work and maintain proper station organization

Follow all food safety, sanitation, storage, labeling, and temperature control procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and workstation

Communicate effectively with management and other kitchen staff

Assist with opening, closing, cleaning and kitchen preparation responsibilities.

Previous professional restaurant kitchen experience is REQUIRED

Experience in a full-service, high-volume, restaurant is strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be able to stand for extended periods and safely perform normal kitchen duties

The ideal candidate is experience, organized, reliable, and able to step into a professional kitchen environment and contribute immediately to the team.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Professional restaurant kitchen experience is required.
