• The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and professional support to employees and guests. Answering all incoming phone calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner, using MAGIC skills

File documents and keys within accounting office to maintain a clean work area.
Scanning documents
Data Entry (purchase orders and invoices)
Other basic office duties as assigned by the Office Manager
The receptionist is the first person the customer sees or talks to when they enter or call our dealership. It is the responsibility of this position to make a good first impression with every customer. Greeting customers and welcome them to the dealership.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions accurately, or promptly connecting them with the individual who can.
