We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations for an onsite leadership role in Alpharetta, Georgia . This RevOps leader will own go-to-market operations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with the opportunity to build scalable systems, improve revenue predictability, and help drive the company's next stage of growth.

Revenue Operations & GTM Strategy

Lead and scale the Revenue Operations (RevOps) function to support company growth and revenue goals.

Develop the Revenue Operations strategy and roadmap across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Partner with GTM leaders to translate business objectives into scalable processes, systems, and operating plans.

Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.

Lead-to-Revenue & Quote-to-Cash Operations

Own and optimize the end-to-end lead-to-revenue and lead-to-cash process .

Improve lead routing, qualification, pipeline management, pricing governance, and renewals.

Optimize quote-to-cash processes , including quoting, contracts, billing, and revenue workflows.

Establish pipeline management and CRM hygiene standards across the organization.

Define and monitor KPIs across the customer and revenue lifecycle.

Use SQL and business intelligence tools to analyze pipeline, conversion, retention, and revenue performance.

Translate revenue data into actionable recommendations for executive and functional leaders.

CRM, HubSpot & GTM Technology

Own the strategy and performance of the company's go-to-market technology stack .

Lead CRM strategy and optimization, with HubSpot experience preferred .

Evaluate and manage marketing automation, CPQ, billing, RevOps, and analytics platforms.

Own integrations and data integrity across GTM systems.

Partner with technical and business stakeholders to create reliable data flows and scalable system architecture.

Revenue Operations Leadership

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations team.

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product .

Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency and revenue performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

7+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, strategy, or related operational roles .

3+ years of leadership experience building, managing, or scaling teams.

Proven experience building or scaling a Revenue Operations function within a high-growth organization .

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, with HubSpot experience preferred .

Experience with marketing automation, CPQ, billing systems, RevOps platforms, and data warehouses.

Experience using SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms .

Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, lead management, and CRM data governance.

Experience owning lead-to-revenue, lead-to-cash, and quote-to-cash processes .

Knowledge of commission models, billing operations, and revenue recognition best practices.

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives.

Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.

Experience operating effectively within a fast‑paced, high‑growth business.
