Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy practices to encourage progression beyond the clinic.
Assess and Document Progress: Record clinical developments and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients are on the right path.
Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
