Job Title: HR Coordinator

Type: Contract

Compensation: $24-28/hr

Overview Join a collaborative, people-first medical technology organization as a remote HR Coordinator supporting employees through important leave‑of‑absence programs. In this contract role, you'll serve as a trusted resource by administering parental leaves, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and partnering with HR teams to deliver a seamless employee experience in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.

Communicate leave plans and updates to appropriate parties and prepare related materials as needed

Interpret and elevate leave‑related policies as needed

Collaborate with HR partners and COEs to ensure consistent communication

Preferred qualifications include 2+ years supporting customers in a fast‑paced environment, an Associate or Bachelor’s degree, and previous HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role‑related experience
