Telesales Representative
JBA International is a recruiting and consulting company looking for a Telesales Representative to join our growing team based out of Texas.
Contact senior decision makers to identify opportunities for selling staffing and consulting services
Research and understand how to navigate various organizational structures to work with different types of organizations--most of our clients are medium and large companies
Work with clients, account managers, and recruiters to discuss open positions and project opportunities
Gather information and report business and market intelligence, such as business trends, to help pivot services and find new opportunities
Experience building rapport, defining needs and building intelligence to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work on tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
Must have a desire to build a career in sales and recruitment
This is a Full-Time, SALARIED position with full-benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation), commission and bonuses.
