Temp/Travel -Registered Nurse (RN) HOME HEALTH (Nights)

Registered Nurse – Psychiatric travel assignment in Nashua, New Hampshire. Start date 09/28/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay ranges from $2,186 to $2,278 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: Night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am), 3 days of 12 hours each. The position involves work on a hospital-based geropsychiatric unit, providing comprehensive nursing care to adults with complex psychiatric and medical needs. Weekly pay: $2,186–$2,278 per week

• Contract duration: Shift: Night shift, 7 pm–7 am (3x12)
• Hospital-based psychiatric/geropsychiatric unit in Nashua, NH

Provide comprehensive nursing care on the geropsychiatric unit, including assessment, monitoring, documentation, and timely reporting of changes in patient conditions

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy and safety per physician orders
• Complete and maintain accurate medical histories, mental and physical assessments, progress notes, and other required documentation
• Coordinate nursing care activities, discharge planning, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, social workers, and external agencies to optimize patient outcomes

Active State of New Hampshire RN license

• Associate degree or diploma from a 3-year nursing program required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: 1 year nursing experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology; Ability to work on a hospital-based psychiatric/geropsychiatric unit and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
