Head of Programme Management

Overview Seeking a leader with a strong functional and technical foundation in the supply chain execution space, delivering enterprise SaaS solutions in Warehouse and Transportation Management. The role requires a strong sense of urgency, the ability to quickly build trust and establish strong relationships with customers, and a desire to implement cutting-edge AI/ML based SaaS solutions.

What You’ll Do Identify potential challenges and risks to implementation projects and leverage the organization to avoid them, raising issues to leadership early when necessary.

Keep teams on track to delivery plans and apply creative solutions to recover timelines when required.

Adopt an "everyone is in sales" mentality to spot additional opportunities that bring value to BlueYonder customers.

Confidently lead customers new to the SaaS journey, pulling in the right team members from across the organization at the appropriate time.

What We Are Looking For Demonstrable experience delivering large‑scale, complex cloud‑based enterprise applications.

Experience leading enterprise‑level integration projects using API management platforms, integration architecture, and integration methodologies.

Prior experience as a functional or technical consultant for enterprise supply‑chain applications.

Ability to adapt various project management methodologies, particularly Agile, in a flexible way.

Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and leverage them for successful project delivery.

A personable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build trust with leadership, peers, customers, and cross‑functional teams.

A heightened sense of urgency and passion for quickly delivering value to customers.

Salary & Benefits Annual Salary Range: $120,000 – $172,873.06 (base). Salary may vary by location and experience.
