Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Days/Nights or Nights only, rotating based on department needs). Shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period based on staffing priorities. Weekend coverage required, variable based on unit needs. 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
36-bed medical-surgical oncology unit serving adult and geriatric patients with diverse cancer diagnoses including breast, lung, prostate, pancreatic, colon, and esophageal cancers, plus sickle cell crises

• Oncology experience preferred but not required – excellent opportunity for experienced Med-Surg RNs to expand into specialty care
• Focus on continuous cardiac monitoring related to chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and comorbidity management
• Epic EMR system with 72 hours of orientation provided
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and social services
• Float requirements limited to equivalent or lower acuity units within medical-surgical oncology

Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
Minimum 2 years of acute care RN experience in medical-surgical setting, current and active within the last 12 months
Epic EMR experience required
Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
charge RN acceptable for second reference
Chest tube insertion/removal assistance
Tracheostomy care and management
Proficiency with telemetry monitoring (on-unit), GE telemetry systems, Alaris pumps, and bladder scanners
