High Needs Special Education Teacher

Valid state teaching certification in Special Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field

Experience working with students across a range of disabilities

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and support staff

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet students’ unique needs

Assess students’ performance, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed

Partner with general education teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are integrated throughout the academic environment

Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and ongoing professional development
