Human Resources Recruiter-Remote Temp

We are seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer to support recruiting efforts across several hard-to-fill professional openings. This individual will focus heavily on identifying and engaging top talent for Information Technology (IT) and high-level Tax positions.
Source and identify qualified candidates for IT and Tax-related positions
Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools to build talent pipelines
Conduct candidate outreach and initial engagement activities
Build and maintain target candidate pools for current and future openings
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand position requirements
Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn sourcing skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience supporting IT, Tax, Finance, Accounting, or other professional roles is preferred

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Plano, TX.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
