- Educate union and credit union members on the value of life insurance and basic financial literacy ◾Conduct virtual client meetings using warm, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling)
- Provide tailored coverage recommendations that meet each family's needs
- Build and manage your own client portfolio with guidance from experienced mentors
- Track performance and progress using our internal systems and support tools
- Represent the values of Service Over Sales, putting clients’ well-being first
- Participate in incentive programs, team competitions, and leadership summits
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass a background check
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Zoom and digital tools
- Motivated to learn, grow, and help others
- Strong communicator with an interest in finance, education, or social impact
- Experience in leadership, customer service, or peer mentoring is a plus
