Bennett Law Center is seeking an experienced bilingual Immigration Paralegal based in Colombia to provide remote support to our U.based law firm as an independent contractor. Provide paralegal support to attorneys on assigned immigration matters.
Prepare immigration applications, petitions, forms, and supporting documentation.
Draft correspondence, declarations, and other case-related documents.
Coordinate with attorneys and other members of the legal team.
S. immigration law experience in one or more of the practice areas listed below.***
Professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Strong immigration paralegal and case support skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals.
Experience with Clio Manage or another legal case management platform (preferred but not a requirement)

Travel Documents, Advance Parole, and other USCIS matters
