Remote Technical Recruiting Sourcer

We’re looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our DC team! To note - this role is primarily remote / onsite 1x per week.
Manage and build a strong candidate pipeline of technical professionals nationwide
Own the full recruiting process — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups to engage top talent
Partner closely with Account Managers to align talent with client needs
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS
Ideally 1–3+ years of experience in a sales centric/recruiting environment (not a must have)
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset - you like to win and help others win
Confidence picking up the phone and driving results through outreach
Annual salary & bonus incentives.
