Safely drive the after-school van, ensuring the well-being and comfort of children.
Manage kids during transportation, fostering a secure and positive environment.
Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry and document transcribing.
Proofread documents to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
Handle payments and manage merchandise transactions.
Assist in administrative tasks related to financial record-keeping.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in typing and data entry.
Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
