Recruitment Resourcer (remote)

We are looking for a high-volume recruiter to support new business hiring initiatives. This long-term contract position is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can balance a large requisition load, and partners closely with hiring leaders to deliver talent on tight timelines. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across a range of business functions and requires a consultative approach, strong organization, and confidence managing competing priorities in a remote setting.Responsibilities:• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from talent sourcing through offer delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.• Manage a high volume of open positions at one time while keeping searches on track and aligned with hiring deadlines.• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, refine search strategies, and move roles to fill quickly.• Build targeted recruitment plans for positions ranging from early-career openings to senior-level leadership searches.• Use multiple outreach channels, including online sourcing, networking, and referral pipelines, to attract candidates with relevant experience.• Develop and maintain talent pools for future hiring demand so suitable prospects remain engaged over time.• Track recruiting performance data and prepare regular updates that highlight progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement.• Contribute to recruiting excellence by supporting process improvements, shared best practices, and broader talent acquisition initiatives.• Assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring efforts and help ensure recruiting activity aligns with applicable program goals.
