Human Resources Generalist (Flexible Hours)

HR Coordinator
Our client, a leading organization in the corporate sector, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator III, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition supporting recruitment and campus recruiting teams. Pay Range: $30-34/hr
Provide administrative support to Recruiters, Campus Recruiting Teams, and Ambassador Teams
Assist with administrative tasks and logistics for recruiting events
Keep ATS up to date
Coordinate interview scheduling (phone, virtual, onsite) and confirm details with candidates and interviewers
Coordinate Travel arrangements for candidates
MUST have 3-8 years of experience in a recruitment/HR coordinator role
Educational background in HR or related field
Proficiency in ATS platforms and strong organizational skills
Experience with ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office
Engagement in meaningful recruitment activities supporting organizational growth
