LITIGATION ASSOCIATE: A sophisticated plaintiff’s litigation firm in Northern New Jersey seeks a motivated Associate with 1-3 years of experience for their growing practice. This position offers substantial responsibility handling complex matters including commercial disputes, class actions, and multi‑party litigation with direct attorney‑client relationships and frequent court appearances.

Handle complex litigation matters from case inception through trial and appeals

Draft substantive motions, briefs, and pleadings for federal and state courts

Collaborate across practice areas including commercial litigation, class actions, personal injury, and medical malpractice

Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

1-4 years litigation experience, preferably commercial or complex civil matters

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Full‑time position in Northern New Jersey (Roseland area)
