Paralegal (Management - Full Time)

Virtual Vocations Inc

Supporting the Legal Department's contract management and operations, the full-time remote Paralegal will prepare and process commercial agreements, maintain legal records, and assist with compliance initiatives while collaborating with attorneys and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, review, and process routine commercial agreements and legal documents using approved templates

Coordinate contract workflows, approvals, and stakeholder communications throughout the contract lifecycle

Support attorney-directed legal matters, including document collection, compliance initiatives, and maintaining legal department records

Required qualifications

Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, JD, or equivalent combination of education and legal experience

5+ years of legal experience, preferably in an in-house corporate legal department

Experience preparing, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts and related legal documentation

Strong understanding of legal confidentiality and ethical obligations

Experience with contract lifecycle management and Microsoft 365 tools
