HR Generalist - Recruiting & Planning

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent development. This role partners with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure HR programs align with organizational goals. The HR Manager serves as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership while maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies.

This is a fully onsite position , requiring a strong presence on the operations floor to support leaders and employees directly. Spanish-speaking is required to effectively support and engage with our large Spanish-speaking employee population. Union experience is also required.

HR metrics reporting and analysis

At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. HR/SPHR certification preferred. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.

Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired.

Must have a minimum of 5-7years of experience in Human Resources

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent

Solid understanding of financial and business objectives and analytical/problem solving skills.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
