Position Summary The Receptionist serves as a welcoming first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, employees, and vendors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.

Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.

Maintain visitor and facility logs as required.

Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Maintain confidentiality of resident, employee, and facility information.

Follow facility policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.

Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

Basic computer and office equipment skills.

Competitive $19.00$20.00 per hour pay
