ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a busy law firm in Hayward, CA seeking a dependable and organized professional to join our team in a dynamic multi-role position. The right candidate will be managing front desk operations, supporting our legal team, and handling accounts receivable. This is a full-time, in-office position with room to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet clients and manage front desk operations professionally
• Answer and route phone calls and schedule appointments
• Draft and file legal documents, correspondence, and forms
• Maintain and organize physical and digital case files
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and research
• Process invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of experience in a legal, administrative, or billing role preferred
• Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with legal practice management software a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette and client-facing demeanor
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
