Position Overview Start Fit Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Centreville, Virginia. The position is onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and tools to support physical therapy practices. As part of a collaborative team, you will work alongside fellow therapists, support staff, and medical professionals in a nurturing and positive environment that emphasizes teamwork and communication. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to their specific needs.

Implement and modify treatment programs consistently, monitoring patient progress and making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Accurately document patient interactions, treatment modalities, and follow-up care in compliance with regulations, ensuring clarity around the patient's rehabilitation journey.

Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity throughout the recovery process.

Your primary focus will involve working with various orthopedic populations, including post-surgical patients, sports injury recoveries, and individuals with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a crucial role in helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and achieve their personal rehabilitation goals.

Must be a graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.

A valid physical therapy license is required to practice in the state of Virginia.

American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is mandatory.

Strong critical thinking and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic physical therapy, is preferred.

Experience with electronic medical records systems and familiarity with best practices in patient documentation.
