Work Environment

This position requires an onsite presence, as you will engage directly with patients in their home environment, facilitating a comfortable healing atmosphere. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, helping to create individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement customized rehabilitation programs utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and exercises to optimize recovery.
• Monitor patient progress throughout therapy sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about their specific conditions and the rehabilitation process, actively engaging them in their own care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to deliver comprehensive care and facilitate positive patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and document progress effectively to track improvements and modify treatment approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, ranging from young adults to seniors, each facing their unique challenges in recovery. You will engage with individuals experiencing orthopedic issues, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active Virginia state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, though we invite applications from new graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of your skills and experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health plan covering medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401k retirement plan with employer matching.
