Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations of patients, including thorough reviews of medical histories and performance of specific assessments to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols that are tailored to each patient's specific needs and responses to therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities, including initial evaluations, daily treatment notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge evaluations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Consult with other healthcare professionals as needed, documenting any changes in a patient's condition that may influence the plan of care.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Participate in facility meetings and contribute to team-oriented discussions aimed at enhancing patient care quality and operational efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay proficient in the latest physical therapy techniques and advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
