Position Overview

Thrive Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Chantilly, Virginia. The Physical Therapist will work onsite at our rehabilitation center, interacting closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and patient-specific goals.
• Utilize a diverse range of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training to restore mobility and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the importance of adherence to therapy protocols to maximize recovery.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of patient progress using our EMR system, preferably WebPT.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Work actively to achieve departmental performance goals, including patient satisfaction and treatment effectiveness metrics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient demographic includes adults and seniors recovering from orthopedic injuries, including post-surgical rehabilitation following knee or hip replacements, sports-related injuries, and arthritis management. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse patient cases, allowing you to expand your clinical expertise while providing compassionate care to every individual.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and comprehensive rehabilitation practices.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in outpatient orthopedic settings are preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, and experience working with diverse patient populations will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits
