Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, ensuring each program is tailored to meet specific needs.
• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tools to deliver exceptional care, consistently adhering to the prescribed treatment plans.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by fostering positive interactions with patients and their families to enhance their experience and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to optimize patient treatment protocols and outcome tracking.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in the clinic, applying various modalities to facilitate recovery and improve functionality.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about their conditions and rehabilitation process, empowering them with knowledge and support for ongoing care.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness and business objectives of the clinic.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity in patient interactions and documentation.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer applications, essential for maintaining accurate patient records.
• Ability to develop strong therapeutic relationships with patients, driving them to exceed their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
