Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including functional assessments and range of motion tests, to develop comprehensive and individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions that may include manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and the use of rehabilitation equipment to restore patient function and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using an electronic medical records (EMR) system, with a preference for WebPT, to ensure continuity of care.
• Set and adjust measurable goals for recovery based on ongoing patient evaluations and feedback, ensuring alignment with best practice standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and medical professionals, to design integrated treatment plans that holistically address patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient population includes active individuals, athletes, and those seeking to regain mobility after significant health events. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
