Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of each patient's physical condition to identify their unique goals and requirements.
• Manage a designated caseload of one patient per hour, ensuring dedicated attention and quality care for each individual.
• Employ evidence-based practices to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that include goal-oriented treatment strategies.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques effectively to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs that promote optimal physical functioning and prevent further injuries.
• Engage patients throughout their treatment journey, providing motivation and education to foster independence and self-care.
• Regularly assess patient progress, documenting treatment outcomes meticulously to inform future care decisions.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care and optimal treatment results.
• Maintain an organized and sanitized treatment environment in accordance with clinic policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• A clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and patient evaluation methods.
• Exceptional skill in developing and executing individualized exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of common orthopedic conditions and treatment modalities.
• A track record of implementing innovative approaches to enhance patient rehabilitation outcomes.
• Evidence of continuous professional development through workshops, certifications, or relevant coursework.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
